TEPOZTLAN | 190 GUEST
“I’m from New York and had never even been to Mexico, so the idea of planning a wedding there felt pretty overwhelming at first. Festino walked us through everything, showed us how it would all come together, and gave us so much peace of mind. Our wedding in Tepoztlán was truly magical, and our guests kept telling us how special the whole experience felt. I’ll never forget the look on my dad’s face during the ceremony, with the mountains all around us.”

S.M. ALLENDE | 210 GUEST
“We chose San Miguel de Allende without ever visiting first, which felt a little crazy at the time. The visual simulations and venue options Festino shared made the whole decision feel much easier and more natural. By the time we arrived, it honestly felt like we already knew the place. Our guests kept asking how many times we had been there before, and when we said ‘never,’ no one could believe it.”

“Festino didn’t just plan our wedding, they understood us in a way we didn’t even know how to explain. Somehow, every detail felt personal and intentional without us having to over-describe anything. They balance sensitivity and structure so naturally. What made it even more special was watching our families connect so effortlessly throughout the weekend. It all felt very true to who we are.”
FAQ
Do we need to travel to Mexico during the planning process?
No. Our entire process is designed so you can plan your wedding from the United States. Through video calls, detailed planning and 3D visual simulations, you’ll be able to make every decision with total confidence.
How do you help us choose the right venue if we haven’t visited Mexico?
We curate venue options based on your vision, guest count and style. You’ll receive detailed information, videos and visual proposals that make the decision feel clear and easy, even from abroad.
Can you help with our guests’ travel and accommodations?
Yes. We design exclusive travel experiences for your guests and manage accommodations, private transfers and logistics to ensure everyone enjoys the wedding weekend comfortably.
What if my guests don't speak Spanish?
They'll be completely comfortable. Our entire team is fully bilingual, and every guest-facing detail is in English: signage, programs, check-in, bar, and on-site coordination. Each guest also receives a pre-wedding Welcome Guide in English with maps, recommendations, and a WhatsApp contact for our team.
What type of weddings do you specialize in?
We specialize in high-end destination weddings in Mexico City, San Miguel de Allende and Morelos, designed as fully immersive and elegant experiences.
How far in advance should we contact you?
Ideally 10 to 14 months before your wedding date, as the best venues and vendors book quickly for destination weddings in Mexico.
Is it safe for my guests to travel to Mexico for our wedding?
Yes. We work exclusively in Mexico City, San Miguel de Allende, and Morelos — three of the most-visited destinations for international travelers in Mexico. Our venues are private, secured properties, and we coordinate private airport transfers so no guest navigates alone. Every guest also receives a Travel & Safety Guide and a 24/7 WhatsApp line with our team during the wedding weekend.
What happens if there's bad weather on our wedding day?
Our destinations are inland — hurricanes are not a risk here, unlike coastal Mexico. For rain or unexpected conditions, every wedding we design includes a full contingency plan: indoor backup spaces, tented options, and vendor backups. You'll know your Plan B before you ever need it.
Will our Mexico wedding be legally valid in the United States?
Yes. Most U.S. couples we work with complete a quick civil marriage at their local courthouse before traveling (15-min appointment), and we design a fully personalized symbolic ceremony in Mexico — no Mexican paperwork required, legally recognized in all 50 states from day one.
If you prefer the legal ceremony to happen in Mexico, we handle the entire process — paperwork, apostille, civil judge — and your certificate is recognized in the U.S. We'll recommend the right path for you on our first call.
